Heavy male patient with gynecomastia, large breast tissue with enlarged nipple areola due to gland pushing the tissue forward and enlarging the area. Patient underwent gynecomastia surgery with suction and extraction of the gland with areolar repair. Picture shown 1 month post op with better chest definition and contouring, decreased breast and areolar size.
