ACCULIFT  is an advanced facial rejuvenation procedure performed with the AccuSculpt 1444 laser. INSTA-LIFT

This procedure combines the AccuLift procedure with fillers to improve eye areas, cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines and smile lines. Fat which is removed can be used to fill in areas of the cheeks, chin and under eye areas. Other popular fillers Radiesse, Perlane,  and Sculptra.

How It Works

First, the areas to be treated are numbed with a small amount of local anesthesia. Next, tiny punctures are made at the edge of the treatment area, which serve as entry points for the AccuSculpt™ laser. The patented 1444 nm wavelength laser is very effective for fat removal and skin tightening. After the desired amount of fat is removed from the treatment area, the incisions are closed with one small suture.

Four to six small incisions are made in key areas of the face or neck that need tightening and lifting. Dr. Man then inserts a small laser fiber through the incisions. “This small laser allows the fat to emulsify and then the skin gets heated up and you have an instant lift,” he said. Other than some bruising, Marilyn Smith had no problems with the procedure.“I’m very happy with the results and very happy with the price,” she said, which is a fraction of the cost of a traditional facelift.
