Licensed Physician Assistant / Patient Educator
A graduate of Western University of California, Wendy received a Masters Degree of Physician Assistant and a Bachelor of Science in Bio/Health Sciences.  She has worked as a licensed Physician Assistant for the past 14 years.  She enjoys performing a wide range of minimal and no downtime aesthetic procedures.  Her expertise includes laser skin resurfacing, laser hair removal, Botox, injectable fillers, and permanent facial implants.  She considers injectables and lasers an “art form”.  She takes great pride in her work and is very committed to patient comfort and satisfaction. Wendy loves working with patients and helping them, reach their aesthetic goals.

Patient Coordinator
A graduate of Montgomery College, Rockville, Maryland, Erika Fliegenspan has more than 10 years experience in the plastic esthetic surgery field. As a patient educator, she assists and coordinates patient care from initial consult to follow-up appointments and treatments. In addition to being a patient educator, Erika is certified in several cosmetic procedures including Mosaic Laser Skin Resurfacing, Laser hair removal, and Portrait. “I enjoy working one on one with patients and seeing their positive results. I have worked in the plastic surgery field for many years and I am continually amazed at Dr. Man’s special touch and artistic techniques. His facelifts are fantastic and when doing fillers, he literally can take years off a patient’s appearance.”

Patient Coordinator / Front Office
Mick has been with our Front Office Staff since 2000. Before joining the team, he was in Retail Management for 7 ½ years and General Manager of a service industry company for 12 years. Mick takes great pride in providing excellent customer service and making patients feel welcome and comfortable.

Hazel has worked in the medical field for the past 14 years.  Her patient care philosophy is to treat every patient as she would
like to be treated and to treat patients with the individual care and attention everyone deserves. She believes in making patients feel beautiful inside and out .

Operating Room Staff

O.R. Surgical Technician
Camilla has been an O.R. Technician since 2002. She has specialized in general and orthopedic surgery and most recently worked in a trauma center. She loves working in Dr. Man’s O.R. because he is always developing new techniques and technologies that are state-of-the-art. “He treats each patient as though they were a work of art.”

Surgical Technician, Certified Scrub Assistant
Brian has been an surgical O.R. Technician for over 20 years. A veteran Army Sergeant, Brian was a field medic,  surgical technician, and supervisor of over 30 U.S. Army personnel. He also served as a traveling surgical technician in Illinois, Ohio, Tampa, Florida,   and performing open heart for seven years. Happily married for 20 years, he and his wife Penny have four teenage children. First assistant to Dr. Man, he also serves as an instructor in surgical technology for the International Institute of Health Care Professionals. He enjoys working with Dr. Man and being there for each patient.  Brian enjoys the challenge of surgery and implementing new tools. He prides himself in maintaining what he considers a state-of-the-art plastic surgery operating suite.

Certified O.R. Surgical Technician
Patty is a certified surgical technician with more than 34 years experience in the medical field. She received her surgical training in Michigan and has worked in California and South Florida area hospitals. Her specialty was in Endo surgery and Trauma, serving as a member of the Tran Life Organ and Bone retrieval team in Orlando, Florida. Patty loves her work in Plastic surgery and enjoys the opportunity to be part of such a dedicated and excellent Medical team with Dr. Man. She says: “It is an honor to work with such a dedicated medical team and for such a talented surgeon as Dr. Man, who has the heart and the hands to change so many lives for the better. She is happily married and enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.

Sandra Cooper, RN
Supervisor Post Anesthesia Recovery Room
Sandra has served as our recovery room supervisor for the past 8 years. She is ACLS certified and believes in “hands on” patient care. “I love the diversity of today’s modern plastic surgery practice and seeing the wide range of procedures that we do here. Every patient is special and unique. I love being a part of these patient’s transformations. It is truly a pleasure working for a surgeon who is a master of his art.”

Looking Younger Center / Skin Care

Rachel Golden,
Medical Esthetician
Rachel is a licensed medical esthetician with over 10 years experience.  Prior to joining us, Rachel worked for MAC cosmetics for 7 years, and opened up Neimen Marcus in Boca Raton Town Center Mall, as their sales associate. Rachel’s passion is applying camouflage makeup and she is on the preferred vendor’s list of many high-end resorts for wedding makeup applications. She provides a wide range of specialized skin treatments for Dr. Man’s cosmetic surgery patients.A specialist in skin tightening facials, acne prone, and discolorations (hyper pigmentations), she is an expert in PCA peels, oxygen facials and makeup.  Rachel makes her home in Boynton Beach where she resides with her ”pugeranian”, pug and pomeranian mix puppy named Sasha.

Spencer Schell
Spa Coordinator
Spencer serves as spa coordinator assisting our estheticians with patient scheduling and handling product inventory. Spencer has an in depth knowledge of Dr. Man’s skin care line and patients’ personal skin care goals. She also serves as our Ideal Protein Diet Coach for which she is a certified trained technician. She is Ideal Protein’s newest and youngest advocate for their line of high protein, low calorie diet.  Spencer coordinates diet seminars educating her patients on the importance of weight loss and safe diet practices through the use of the Ideal Protein diet. Spencer has an adorable Yorkie, Cooper, and donates her time to the local animal shelter. She is a member of the Organ Transplant Foundation and the Diabetic Research Institute.
