PERMA LIP Permanent Lip Implant

What is PermaLip?
PermaLip is a patented FDA approved implant designed specially for the lips. It is made of a soft, solid silicone material that is molded into a naturally contoured shape. Because it is smooth and non-porous, the implant does not have the disadvantages of other implants. Patients can select from several implant sizes. If a patient decides to go larger, or smaller, the implant can be easily removed at any time, and a new one inserted.

How it is done?
The procedure is performed in the office under local anesthesia and takes approximately 30 minutes. Afterwards, patients are asked to use ice and limit activity immediately following the procedure. Patients resume normal activities the following day. Risks are minimal including minor swelling or bruising.
