Dr. Man’s 3-D Buttockplasty combines two of the most sought-after plastic surgery procedures for the buttocks—liposuction and lifts. His revolution procedure begins with liposuction to remove excess, unwanted fat from the buttocks area, and then ends with the injection of dermal fillers, which plump the buttocks and lift it, giving it a firm, youthful appearance.

This practice means a better resulting contour for the buttocks, as the skin and tissues are easier to work with after the fat has been removed. Not only will the buttocks appear lifted due to tucking and contouring, but the tummy will actually be less fatty from the liposuction. For all patients, men and women alike, this procedure can dramatically reduce a large, sagging abdomen. If you are considering an abdominoplasty, it is important to remember that this procedure requires extensive surgery and will produce a permanent scar.

The procedure usually takes two to four hours and is performed under general anesthesia. It requires the surgeon to make a long incision in order to create a skin flap. The muscles are then tightened and excess fat is removed. The result is a firmer and smoother buttocks.

After surgery, the buttocks will be swollen and patients will experience some discomfort. Post-operative complications such as infection, poor healing, swelling, and blood clotting are rare, but can occur.

For some patients, endoscopic techniques and liposuction alone may provide an alternative to major surgery. In all cases, a consultation with the surgeon will help you decide what procedure is best for you.
