A pioneer in more natural facelifts and liposuction techniques,  Dr. Daniel Man is the originator of The Vertical Bed, which he combines with Body Jet Water-Jet Assisted Liposuction, Smart Lipo, AccuSculpt Laser lipo and other advanced liposuction procedures. He assisted in the FDA approval of Body Jet and  is the co-author of the paper “Water Jet Assisted Lipoplasty”  published in the  Aesthetic Surgery Journal May/June 2007. He was selected as the first plastic surgeon in South Florida to use the device and his facility named a Smart Lipo and Body Jet Teaching Center of Excellence. Named “Physician Hero” finalist by Palm Beach County Medial Society, he has been recognized not only for his achievements in his chosen field of plastic surgery, but also for his charity and humanitarian contributions by such notables as US Attorney General Eric Holder, Florida Governor Jeb Bush, Senator Bob Graham and the City of Boca Raton. He is the recipient of the NCVRW Service Award for 2009 from Attorney General Eric Holder for his pro bono service to victims of domestic abuse. He has been called “The Renaissance Man” by Plastic Surgery Products Magazine, and he was named “Humanitarian of the Year” by Palm Beach County Victim Services.
